Cancellation
Policy
- Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. To cancel an order, go to "My
Orders," select the order, and click "Cancel."
- After Dispatch:
Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation option may not be
available. In such cases, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return
after receiving the item.
Exceptions and Special Conditions
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please
report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return and
replacement at no additional cost.
- Wrong Items:
If you receive the wrong item, you can initiate a return, and we will send
the correct product or issue a full refund.
