Return Policy
At Subhkaribazar, customer
satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you have a smooth
shopping experience with us. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase,
our easy and transparent return policy allows you to return or exchange items
hassle-free. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the
process:

Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window:
Items can be returned within 7-10 days of delivery, depending on
the product category. The return period will be specified on the product
detail page.
- Product Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all
original tags, packaging, and any accessories or freebies that came with
the product.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other
concerns. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g.,
undergarments, beauty products)
- Customized or personalized items
- Health & wellness products (e.g., medicines,
vitamins)
- Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-books,
software)

Return Process
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, go to your order history under
"My Orders" on the Subhkaribazar website or app.
- Select the item you wish to return and click on the
"Return" option. Choose the reason for return and confirm.
- Return Pickup:
- After your return request is processed, we will
arrange for a free doorstep pickup. You will receive an SMS or
email with the pickup details.
- In areas where pickup is not available, you may be
asked to ship the product back. Subhkaribazar will reimburse shipping
costs based on our shipping policy.
- Return Authorization:
- Once the returned item is received, it will go through
a quality check. If the product passes the inspection, the return or
exchange will be approved.
3.
Refund Policy
- Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards & Net Banking: Refunds will be credited back to the original
account within 5-7 business days.
- Digital Wallets & UPI: Refunds will be credited to the wallet or UPI
account within 3-5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store
credits or directly transferred to your bank account after confirmation.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business
days after the returned product passes the quality check.
4.
Exchange Policy
- Product Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item, you can initiate the exchange through
"My Orders." Exchanges are allowed only for certain products and
are subject to stock availability.
- Size/Color/Variant Changes: Exchanges for size, color, or variants are allowed
for eligible products, provided they are returned in their original
condition.
5.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. To cancel an order, go to "My
Orders," select the order, and click "Cancel."
- After Dispatch:
Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation option may not be
available. In such cases, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return
after receiving the item.
6.
Exceptions and Special Conditions
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please
report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return and
replacement at no additional cost.
- Wrong Items:
If you receive the wrong item, you can initiate a return, and we will send
the correct product or issue a full refund.
